1. About Trial2Trade
Trial2Trade is not a prop firm and not an investment platform. We operate as a challenge and funding facilitation service, designed to help traders access prop firm accounts at a reduced upfront cost.
Trial2Trade provides:
- Trial trading challenges
- Performance evaluation based on predefined rules
- Purchase of prop firm accounts for traders who successfully pass our challenge
2. Eligibility
To use Trial2Trade, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have basic knowledge of forex or financial trading
- Agree to trade responsibly and within our rules
Trial2Trade reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.
3. Nature of Our Service
- Trial2Trade does not provide investment advice.
- Trial2Trade does not manage funds on behalf of users.
- Trial2Trade does not guarantee profits, funding, or trading success.
All trading decisions are made solely by the user.
4. Trial Accounts
- Trial accounts are simulated challenge accounts, not real-money accounts.
- Traders must follow all stated rules, including:
- Maximum drawdown limits
- Daily loss limits
- Trading behavior rules (such as minimum trade duration, where applicable)
Any violation of rules may result in account breach or disqualification without refund.
5. Passing the Challenge & Funding
- Passing a Trial2Trade challenge does not automatically guarantee funding.
- All passed accounts undergo verification and review.
- Once approved, Trial2Trade will purchase a prop firm account on behalf of the trader from a trusted third-party prop firm.
The prop firm account may be purchased:
- In the trader’s name, or
- In a team member’s name (where verification or compliance requires it)
This does not affect the trader’s profit entitlement, subject to prop firm rules.
6. Third-Party Prop Firms
Trial2Trade is not affiliated, partnered, or endorsed by any prop firm unless explicitly stated.
All funded accounts are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective prop firm, including:
- Profit splits
- Withdrawal rules
- Risk parameters
- Account termination policies
Trial2Trade is not responsible for decisions made by third-party prop firms.
7. Fees & Payments
- Trial account fees are non-refundable.
- Fees cover access to challenge infrastructure, evaluation, and administrative costs.
- Funding purchase costs are borne by Trial2Trade only after successful challenge completion and verification.
No refunds are provided for:
- Breached accounts
- Rule violations
- Poor trading performance
8. Profit Sharing
Profit splits on funded accounts are determined by the third-party prop firm and any internal agreement communicated to the trader.
Trial2Trade does not guarantee:
- Specific profit percentages
- Profit frequency
- Withdrawal approval
9. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in losses.
You acknowledge that:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You may lose access to accounts if rules are violated
- Trial2Trade is not responsible for trading losses or missed opportunities
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use automated bots or prohibited strategies (unless allowed)
- Attempt to manipulate systems or data
- Share, sell, or transfer accounts
- Provide false information
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, systems, and materials belong to Trial2Trade and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
Trial2Trade reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Refuse funding
- Deny access to services
This may occur due to:
- Rule violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the platform
13. Limitation of Liability
Trial2Trade shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Missed profits
- Third-party prop firm decisions
- Platform downtime or technical issues
Use of Trial2Trade is entirely at your own risk.
14. Modifications to Terms
Trial2Trade may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
